Effective 7 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Niraj Laxmandas Mulani, a sole proprietorship based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, trading as InnerTen ("InnerTen", "we", "us") for your use of the InnerTen app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Who can use InnerTen

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use InnerTen only with a parent's or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@innerten.app if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account → Delete Account.

3. Free and premium features

Core journaling is free. Some features, including AI features, voice entry and Shooter Corner, need a premium subscription. The app shows which features are included before you subscribe. We may add, change or remove features over time.

AI features have fair-use limits to keep the service reliable and affordable. If a limit is reached, the feature becomes available again after the limit resets.

4. Subscriptions and payment

5. Your content

You own everything you put into InnerTen: entries, recordings, photos and notes. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to provide the app to you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use AI features. We don't use your content for advertising, and we don't publish it.

6. AI features

AI Coach, voice-entry structuring, summaries and reports are generated automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review AI-filled fields before saving, and use your own judgement, or your coach's, before acting on any suggestion.

Drills and programs in InnerTen are general guidance. Train within your physical limits, and stop any exercise that causes pain. InnerTen does not teach firearm handling: always follow your range's safety rules, your coach's instructions and the laws where you train and compete.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep InnerTen available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and update the effective date, and if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app first. If you keep using InnerTen after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, scores, results or opportunities.
