Delete your InnerTen account

You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open InnerTen and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom, to Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@innerten.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm, then delete it within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Everything linked to your account: profile, journal entries, voice recordings and transcripts, photos, Shooter Corner content, training history, AI Coach conversations, reports and usage records. This can't be undone.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings too, so you aren't charged again.
